Never pay your DSTV in advance

For the past not sure how many years I have been with DSTV (Multichoice). I share my DSTV with 1 of my family members. I pay my DSTV on the 20th on each month (10 days before payment date) and my mother pays her DSTV on the 1st of each month (for that month)... So what happened for the past couple of months I have been paying DSTV R 2 022.39 per month and I should only pay R 1 580.00!!!! Because I pay my DSTV 10 days in advance (any other company will be happy) I am being penalized with R 442.39 per month. Nobody at DSVT ever told me I should not pay early because I'm being penalized.... The lady told me today that i am *****ing myself by paying early... <br> <br> Multichoice I can't believe the Company you have become??? Penalizing you customers for paying early...
