Never load the new season in catch up or on showmax just old ones

Very very bad service, for the past 6 months dstv keeps on esscalating my problem with no feed back.... I was busy watching "die byl" season 4... And the next thing it's gone off catch up and showmax... Only have the old seasons... It is really ridiculous on how you escalate a problem and everytime I ask then they say sorry no feed back... I have all the conversations backed up as this will help people to thing twice before getting dstv as you are still busy watching a season a'd boooom it gets taken off.
