Never getting anything right!!!

Why must we always struggle with DSTV employees not understanding or not doing as you ask, and always transferring you to someone ells.<br> I tried to clear an error message on my DSTV drifter, after the 1st call the lady said it is cleared , i tried it and still not cleared , then i called again, this time the lady cleared my normal decoder which was not even faulty.<br> After i have asked to clear my drifter, then she said i will transfer you, then i get cut off, so now i am still without my drifter , and wasted more than 30min of my time and my money, so yes DSTV are very poor and i hate calling DSTV.<br> <br>
