Never call multichoice with a query, they will activate your acount and make you pay
I called multichoice in August 2023 to ask what it will cost to re-connect to folow the rugby world cup. I never ask this lady to connect me, I informed her I will pay cash and go to one of their outlets to activate if I decide to join. I specifically informed her not to re-connect because I am still making up my mind. Now I received calls that I am in arears because that call centre agent connected me. She probably spend the commision already? I want you to listen to the recording and cancel the amount in arears. This is why I don't want to be part of this company, I don't want to make them rich by joining them, I rather go and watch at the pub. Now I have to fight because this idiot activated the card??
