Netflix shows don't just freeze while you're watching, DSTV ones do!
Shows just freeze while you are watching and Multichoice does nothing to help you with the problem.

31 Aug 2026, 14:59I have called the call centre on 3 different occassions, I spoke to Mathapelo, Martha and Lesego. We determined that there is nothing wrong with my decoder and internet connection. It was determined that it was a DSTV issue. The first time I called they unfroze one episode (of Shaka Ilembe Season 2), the second time they unfroze another episode. The third time I called they did nothing, I am STILL waiting to complete watching the show. My question is why do I need to call Multichoice to watch each episode? It is ridiculous and it is making me reconsider my subscription. I don't have these issues with Netflix, Disnnet+ and Amazon Prime. Maybe I just don't need to watch DSTV. Oh by the Way, Suits LA also freezes so I have given up trying to watch it...
