need to cancel immediately! Disgusted!!!!

Its been nearly 2months of my dstv switching on and off randomly each day. Im pretty sure I have already spent a full monthly installment.purely on airtime to call them. Im utterly disgusted begging for help. I just called begging again the lady asked me to hold and blatantly hung up on me.
