Need to be resolved
DStv has been suspending my service due to *********** agents who can not do thier job. In 2 weeks my DStv has been suspended AFTER payment has been made and then when you call in they give you the run around and make you watse time and money trying to resolve the issue. It has now become a problem where I am getting fed up with them . You pay the bill and yet they still suspend the service .. and then from one week from R400 to R606.89 to R1060.. in Less than a week? They are truly *********** as far as service is concerned and their Facebook liason is very rude

Our records indicate debit order payments have been reversed and the account under paid hence the outstanding balance. Currently the account has a balance of R431.90, in arrears,however, the total amount due for reconnecting the account is R6095.90.
