Good morning. Need help or advice. Our Decoder Smartcard nr *** Serial number MCSIS20V***X0 were under my wife's name Silvia Willemse *** and she passed away last year 13 July 2021. I have emailed all the required documents to DSTV to cancell the outstanding amount on the account which is about +-R1023 around there. Suprisely they send me an email stated for me to bring the account on 0 I have to pay R340 on the account and I have to pay again for reconnecting. I that so I'm just asking.
