****NDOUS AND DISGUSTING SERVICE(IF I CAN CALL IT THAT) FROM DSTV

I've been experiencing major problems with DSTV for a few months now . I've logged numerous complaints on Hello Peter but the issues have never been resolved nor has anyone called me back to fix the errors . I'm paying tge FULL premium every month but I'm not getting a proper service . I'm up to my wits end now and will definitely be canceling my subscription and will try to convince my family to do the same . Multichoice is just making money out of its customers . They take your money and don't provide a service . Call centre agents are also not of any help ,not to mention the self help channels, USELESS USELESS USELESS . Yesterday I was told to get an installer out at my own cost . She didn't even try very hard to try and fix the problems and promised that her manager will call me back but he also never did . What must I do to get assistance ???? Maybe the ombudsman can help resolve this
