Namhla Drops my call after putting me on hold
Namhla is a very disrespectful in hanging up the call when im paying both my Call and DSTV service. All i want is uninterrupted services from the 25th of each month to the next. Until further changes i shall advise. How is she allowed to place me on hold for over 5minutes and eventual hang up. My airtime went for nothing.
