Mysterious reconnection and billing

With reverence to Dstv query No ***/I5, I received on 20/08/2015 at 19:33:08 an SMS that Mchoice had withdrawn R 1073.00 from my bank account, notwithstanding that I had closed my Dstv subscription in April 2013. On logging into my old account via internet, I found that on 2015-07-20 at 01:30:47 AM, Dstv had me reconnected.
On phoning Dstv , they could not explain who had reconnected me a month ago, but they would reverse the amount on approval from the financial department. They also told me that I had a credit of R 324.00 with them since April 2013, but they could not access my bank account to repay me , after I discontinued my subscription. How is it then possible that they could access my bank account after more than two years to withdraw the above amount.?
Till now I have not seen a reversal of the amount of R 1073.00, and neither the credit of R324.00. This ********** practise of Dstv has cost me as a pensioner, with an monthly income of R 5000.00, ie R 1250.00 per week, after fixed expenditure deductions, ( one reasons that I discontinued Dstv) a bank fee account for the above of R 15.50 and a prepaid cell phone account of R 31.19 which I can hardly afford.
