Mysterious Extra DSTV charges

I have been a loyal DSTV premium customer paying by debit order every month, this morning suddenly my account was suspended saying I owe R684. I have phoned 5 times now asking how this is possible since the debit order has gone off as usual. I have now been told I owe R435, then I owe nothing and there was a glitch with debit orders, then R649.10, which i then agreed to just pay to get off the phone, then DSTV was suspended again, now I am told I owe R73. ***??? This is why you are losing customers to streaming services, since your customer service is appalling.
