MyDstv APP the worst app in history

This is the only company I hate with a passion but seem to remain with them for the sport. Their MyDSTV app never works which means you have to call into their pathetic call centre to wait for 10 minutes to speak to someone who either cuts you off or transfers you and then you get cut off. Also why ask for our ID number or customer number and then we you get through to someone they have no details. This company is the same league as Telkom and Eskom.
