MyDSTV app is a failure

My DSTV app is a frustration. The previous version was much better. There are so many issues on the new MyDSTV app. 1. You cant rename your decoders if you have more than one, on the previous app it was enabled. 2. You get error when downloading statements 3. The function to add Showmax and Prime does not work. 4. Lastly, the call centre agents are messing up everything as they are all ***********. I called in to add Showmax on one package, and they removed it from the other packages. Why?

DSTV is not the same as it was 5 years ago, Giant busy falling.
