MyDSTV app and service is *******

I am having issues on the MyDSTV app when trying to purchase vouchers. I have made contact about 5 times to get some feedback on the failure message received but no one seems to know what to do. I don't even think they understand what I am asking. The online chat platform is a joke as well has the whatapps service. The email support has been discontinued so how the flip do i get help. I am premium client who pays every month on time. I expect better service.
