My wife's package was changed without her concern

Customer number *** ID Number *** My wife took a Explora package of R529 with multichoice. On the 27/03/2016 went to pick n pay to pay the subscribtion to my suprise the bill was high when i phone them and ask i was told that a lady by the of Reunert Martins changed my wife's package to R899 on the 15/03/2016 without her concern she just did it maybe to up her sales i dont know , i lost trust in multichoice because their staff just do as they like with customer information, she took the R529 explora package because we afford it now she decided to change it to R899 for what reason i dont know she just have no respect for the customer
