My sd pvr

I am a active sd pvr subscriber why do i have to change if i have two channel's tv1 and tv2 if i change to the explora i have to buy a new decoder to cover my other room dstv had to think of that before upgrading to a single view decoder when they introduced my current decoder they make u think its better but they ****** u by having u buying more of their products for the same purpose my sd pvr is doing If i am such a valued customer why dont they just exchange my pvr to the one i can use as they are the ones upgrading not me whats going to happen to my other room? I have to watch whatever my 5year old is watching even if i want to watch sports
