My request have not been met.
I bought explora decoder and I called multichoice to deactivate my silver decoder and activate explora, I called them almost six times but nothing has been done. I paid R500 and my monthly premium is R319 and when I check on my account it says that I owe them R700 and something which I don't understand is for what.I can't pay for something that I don't know off.Please help me.
