My refund has not been paid back
They have deducted extra money from my account and I called them on the 27 July and they said they will sort it out but till today my money have not been refunded. I called today morning and asked to talk to a manager, they said he will call me back till now 6 pm he/she hasn’t called. They deducted R949 and they were suppose to deduct R409 till today the 4th of August, I haven’t gotten my refund of R538. Now am in errors on some of my other account because of DStv

15 Aug 2021, 09:37My query has not been solved yet now it’s been 3 weeks and they are not even communicating with me or giving me any updates. That means they won’t refund me my money. This is so sad for a big company like MULTI CHOICE. Am so angry
