My Premium package costs R1122,90 per month

DSTV have confirmed with out a valid reason that i will be paying R1122,90 per month for one premium package with an access fee. This should normally cost R874, however because they have no direct contact with their accounts department they can not confirm why! I demanded a reason and said i would wait on the phone for one. The call centre agent put me on hold for 64 minutes and 32 sec and then hung up. I have started an application of complaint to the Consumer protecter.
