My mothers been making double payments
Since May 2012 till May this year my mothers been paying double for dstv . I been to Randburg four times and still not satisfied. They refunded R 13 500 but there's R10 000 still outstanding . I've given them all the transaction from the bank and tolled them to add up and give me the amount, but still nobody comes back to me . I sent my last email two week ago still no reply . My mothers 82 years old please help
