My monthly subscription went way too high.. Doubled the amount that I usually pay. If it doesn't go back to what I normally pay. Kindly please cancel this because I will not pay R1000 for a compact... One recorder as if I'm paying for more that 2 decoders

I called dstv in March regarding my amount the went up to 770 at that time.. Today I want to pay it tells me about 997. I called in again to enquire.. I was told it's the anoint I have to pay... Compact? R1000.... I wasn't watching it... It has been off for a month... Nd now this has risen to R1000.... I spoke to a consultant said there's nothing they can do on their side I have to pay that amount... When we don't pay, they switch off but the lady told me I had watched it... How so? Because we pay to watch... I want to cancel this if it doesn't go back to my normal amount because I was willing to reconnect... But I cannot pay R1000 for reconnection as if I'm paying for multiple decoders while only paying for 1.
