My mom was harrassed

I hv sent my mom some money to purchase a dstv decoder at Tibane mall(Pep Cell) 2 weeks back.She bought ur decoder fr R650 with free installation with 25km radium.We are staying 12km away frm the mall Rampuru Village.Ur installer Peter had the guts to say to my mom that multichoice has changed its now 12km since its lockdown.I am.the one who.sent my mom to Tibane cos i worked fr pep store and i knw how this things work.The installer came he installed i told my mom not to pay since its free and theres a voucher inside the box.The installer demanded tha R80.00 payment and harassed my mom wen she refused to pay.telling her that he wil disconnect it ...so its either she pays the R80.00 or he disconnects. My mom paid him the R80.00 and he left cos she ddnt want drama. Multichoice ur installers out there are harrassing ur clients.I demand my R80.00 from u and u wil deal with Peter urself.I still hv his contact details.Ref *** X8
