My Internet data have not been loaded, I have to beg for it every month.
I do not understand what is happening with dstv, do I have to complain first every month for my dstv internet data to be loaded, I have paid these people, why do they have to do this?, do I have to beg every month for something that I have paid for?

07 Feb 2025, 13:53I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with DSTV. Despite having paid for their services, they have now suspended all my services after I wrote a review complaining about them not loading my data. This is an immature and unprofessional way to treat customers. Why would they take such drastic action? Their service is already very poor, and now they are bullying customers who voice their concerns. This is unacceptable and shows how badly they treat people, doing as they please without any regard for customer satisfaction.
