My Explorer 2 is freezing and reboots every few minutes

Good day

I have an explorer 2 decoder that is still under warranty and it keeps on freezing and reboots every few minutes which you can imagine the frustration.

We'll when it started doing this a week ago I phoned multichoice to assist me but they told me I must take the decoder to the branch and get it tested.

I did so and when they plug it in at their branch they reset it to factory settings then say that there is nothing wrong with the decoder and that it's probably the installation that is faulty. So I went home with my decoder and the problem persisted and I contacted the installer which set everything up for us and he came to have a look. I got charged for the call out but he gave me an invoice stated that I have to go back to dstv multichoice branch and tell them he was there and give them this invoice which he explained that the hard drive is faulty and they should replace the decoder.

We'll i went back to multichoice branch and again they reset it to factory setting and says it shows the decoder is fine.

What am I supposed to do now because I am just being send back and forth the whole time and still sitting with the problem.

Please help.
