My DStv subscription
Something is totally wrong regarding my DStv account, and this has been happening for the last 3 months if I am not mistaken. My DStv has been off since the 11th of May 2022 then on the 26th I pay R375 the my viewing was put back on. I then asked the agent assisting if this amount was for the whole month for the compact subscription, meaning that I would pay again on the 26th of June. And she confirmed yes. Now I am getting an SMS reminder that I need to pay another R429 by the 6th of June. Meaning that the R375 was only for 15 days for DStv compact according to the agent and that my payment date is the 5th. My q is how the hell is that possible, that is totally out.
