MY dstv is not working .

Yesterday Morning my dstv stopped working all together, and it was showing me a E48-38 . I CALLED , AND WAITED FOR ABOUT 30MIN . The lady told me everything I had to do on the decoder , and I did that even now I don't have picture, this morning I took my decoder to a walk in Centre and I was told there's nothing wrong with the decoder. Can I get this sorted .
