***** my dstv insurance

Today I paid my dstv and it didn't want to reconnect ,I tried dstv self service only to found out I'm owing insurance that I don't even know of .a while ago a lady called me from dstv saying I won an entry into a competition improvised with my information she continued by asking me I f I wasn't there who would I want to receive the money I said my wife ,only to find out today she made 5 funeral covers under my name I'm thinking I made my dstv to watch now but I can't because they say I'm owing insurance that I don't know nothing about ,I would like dstv to please refund me my money and get this lady name so I can tell her what popia act is she clearly doesnt know what she did was wrong as long as she got paid for making a false sale all inthename of competition
