My dispute not yet resolve - Multichoice are Bunch of ******

My dispute is still not resolved after I received a call from MultiChoice on the 29th of July. The lady who phoned me advised that they would cancel the internet and I should just wait for the call from their staff to come and collect the router and the sim card. Now they ****en charging me again for the friking internet. I am really ****ed off and I am taking this matter further. I am not ****en going to pay. I called them now again and they are telling me that it was a mistake the lady that phoned me should have told me to send an email. Thats bull****. Multichoice must fix this, or I am going to have to report them to Ombudsman for being dishonest. They are bunch of ******.
