My device id duplicated by multichoice and id ******

Every week for over a year i need to use my phone for dstv now i get the error that my device is registered to another user. The chat consultant has to reset my login every week when i need to use the service. I pay well over R1000pm yet i am restricted. Multichoice cannot fix this yet take my money every month
