My decoder is malfunctioning and I contacted dstv to let them know since it's insured

My decoder is malfunctioning and I contacted dstv to let them know since it's insured. They said I must take it to my nearest Dstv Agency store but the unfortunate part is that all the nearest shops are closed permanently. The one in westonaria, Randgate and krugersdorp they're all closed permanently. Dstv insist that I must go to Randburg or Soweto. My question to them was can't they send their technican since we'll all their shops are closed around but they refused. I'm cancelling my subscription with them
