My datv switched off afterr payment

Multi Choice DStv has switched off my package which I paid for this month. I ave been on access they can see my records, I nust topped up R100 for their promotion and now they have upgraded me to compact plus I dont know how. I tried chatting them about their error and the lady never assisted me. I sent them email, instead they buzy confirming which package I am on, which is access and compact plus with no solution to cancel as per my request
