My damaged decoder was never switched off

My decoder was broken and i sent my daughter to take it to DSTV Maponya Mall. It was checked and she was advised that a new one is required and it has to be replaced. The decoder was replaced and then last month i paid R1200 as that was the amount that was due and i did not question it until today when my services were suspended. Today i contacted the call centre which advised that i have been paying for 2 decoders as the damaged one was not deactivated, as i am typing this my service has been disconnected and i refuse to pay for the old decoder as it is not my fault. The DSTV Maponya should take accountability for this. I just paid R500 today to be advised that a R1024 is still due? I mean if the decoder was damaged and a new one was given with the same smart card why keep the other decoder active? Please sort this out and restore my services.
