My Credit Score

What is this dpp decoder payment plan appearing on my credit profile, and affecting my credit score. I am on a month to month contract and have never missed a payment which comes off my account by debit order. Am I missing something. Why is it showing on my credit score as I have borrowed money and I don't just have one dpp decoder payment there are 2 with 2 different amounts.
