My Connection Switched Off While Ive paid

I'm very dissapointed with Multi Choice, their services get switched off when you have not paid as their services are paid in advance. I have a dr order with them and i missed a payment in December and my connection was switched off, when i paid in January it was reconnected and then switched off again claiming that I'm owing while the connection was switched off due to non-payment. Multi choice doesnt offer any services while the payment is owing so how can they bill me doeble? I want to stop the Dr Order ASAP this is a poor service and I'm not impressed
