My channels blocked even when paid for.

I've lodged a complaint on the 15th 2024 regarding my channels being blocked by multichoice, where by I was manipulated by an agent from multichoice, now to this day my channels are blocked because multichoice claim I owe R1000 which I don't know, now it's clear that multichoice don't care about clients but instead they manipulate clients to fall for their ****. To this my channels are blocked even when I paid for subscription, I am very disappointed by how we being handled by multichoice.
