My channels are offline even though I have paid R515

Good day I have made a payment of R515 on the 31st of March on my Dstv account but they switched off my channels and I have made around about 5 calls to multichoice and no one is willing to assist they keep saying they have escalated my quiry to the accounts department. It is now 22 days without me watching Dstv.
