My account wrongfully debited by company, refund s
I contacted multichoice in March to take up the offer of paying my annual subscription by 31 March 2015. I paid the fees at once of the outlets. Even though I made the payment, a debit order went off my bank account. I contacted the call centre more than 5 times, on every occasion I am given a different story. I just need the money which was wrongfully deducted as I met their conditions.
