My Account suspended while debit order went off

My account was suspended today but the debit order went off 21th August. When i call to enquire i was told the was a reversal yesterday but to which account i dont know but in my account there is no amount that was reversed. I did send the copy of my statement reflecting ther amount i paid i want my dish switched on byvthe end of today. I paid and now Multichoice is playing hide and sick.
