my account suspended after payment

i made a payment on the 22nd of Feb R320 as usual to my suprise i woke up on the 25th and my TV was off, i called the call center and was told my payment was not reflecting. i was requested to send POP of which i sent and my account was unsuspended. on the 1st of March it was suspended again and i called again and was requested POP for the 2nd time i sent it. on the 6th again and on the 11th my account was suspended. i sent a complaint to their enquiries on the 11th of March(Ref***) and no one called me until the 15th when a lady called Memory called to tell me that i owe R620 i then told her the whole story, she told me that i was charged for connection fees everytime they switched on and it reflects that payment was only done on the 1st of March. she asked me to send my POP to escalations to my surprise again i wont up on the 16th and dstv was suspended yet again. as i my writing this it is still suspended and no one is coming back to me to explain what is happening. this is such bad service maybe its because they dont have competition, i was going to cancel this account but unfortunately i nees signal as reception is very bad in my area
