MY ACCOUNT IS IN CREDIT, I ACTIVATED MY HOLIDAY HOME DECODER TWICE AND YOU DEACTIVATED IT TWICE - AGAIN

Why do you keep deactivating my Holiday Home decoder?

Sunday 27/06/2021 My account showed a credit of R 138.00. I activated my Holiday Home decoder for 7 days on your “My DStv” section of your web site.

Monday 28/06/2021 My decoder had been deactivated by DStv Multichoice when I got up in the morning. It indicated that my account was in arrears (from a credit of R 138.00 to arrears of R 510.00 in 24 hours?) I paid R 600.00 into my account (just to make sure) and re-activated my holiday home decoder once again.

Tuesday 29/06/2021 My decoder had been deactivated by DStv Multichoice when I got up this morning. It once again indicates that my account is in arrears (after paying more than the indicated amount due - my balance now shows my account to be R 51.75 in credit - “due” on 28/07/2021 )

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO DO TO ENSURE THAT MY HOLIDAY DECODER STAYS ACTIVATED FOR THE PERIOD THAT I CHOOSE?

You keep apologising after each post. Why can’t you sort this out?

Phoning your call centre is just as bad. My wife phoned the call centre in May 2021 to have the holiday home activated (following the fiasco of April 2021) and that was also a disaster.

This time, the period that I would like is for the decoder to be activated until Sunday 4 July 2021 with DStv Compact Plus and PVR Access.

My main decoder must remain activated as well.
