I am frustrated with dstv as they claiming I owe them whereas I dnt owe them as I'm on a contract and I pay via debit order. When you call the call center they make u hold for long and no assistance..I spoke to a supervisor called Lonwabo he made me hold and then dropped my call. All of a sudden my call was being diverted to Durban and I spoke to olwethu who made me hold for soo long with my query which she was not getting back and telling me what's going on. Dstv has aver very very bad service they might as well lose those call centers as they don't know what to do
