MY ACCOUNT. 2ND TIME IN ONE MONTH TTERMINATED

Sins July my dstv just get disconected 2 - 3 times per month, i phone in ask why, according to them my other decoder is connected, i reuest my pvr to be connected. After a few days i got disconnected again, phone i ask why, no im in debt on my account. I pay in eash month more than R800. When i received my statemant, 2 decoders was connected and subscription fees was charge. I ask them to resolve the problem. We are now in Oktober. The problem is not resolved yet. My decoder is disconnected again. Payment is made on 29/09/2015 of R1000. We are now onthe 17/10/2015 this is the second time my subscribtion is terminated in ONE MONTH. On 05/10/2015 they said 72 hours than the problem would be resolved. IT IS NOT RESOLVED. I MUST PAY THAT RECONECTION FEES EACH MONTH
