My acc no is ***7 is it possible you can help me out please
My subscription has been disconnected over the past month due to a payment they claimed I did a reversal on and I have sent them all the necessary documents showing that I have never reversed any amount on my account, since then I have never received a proper explanation to why they have disconnected my subscription
