Mutichoice is pathetic

Multi-choice is so pathetic Their system automatically upgraded me to a higher package without my knowledge, when I enquire I speak to a new person every day. When I call I’m told to settle outstanding balance because I’m on the higher package whereas I have been paying my chosen package religiously. I didn’t watch my TV for the whole month of May although I paid my package that I have selected. This is so frustrating, they keep on saying they will escalate the issue every time I call.
