MUTICHOICE IS NOT TALK SURE

I have been called about 7 times by this crowd.

They are calling on behalf of Multi choice.

I ask are you Multi choice no we calling on behalf of them.

No they gave us your information.

They then inform me that the call will be recorded.

I say but you need to ask me to record call you cant just decide to record it.

But our company procedures say we need to record call and tell you.

I dont work for your company and as such I dont care what your procedures say.

But if I cant record call Im not allowed to talk to you.

Finally the make sense.

The gist is they want to sell me insurance for my decoders.

But if Multi choice gave them my information did Multi choice not also tell them I already have insurance on the decoders.

Come on Multi choice Get it right.
