This is the most pathetic, horrible service I have ever come across. After a telephonic conversation yesterday questioning monthly charges somebody at DSTV decided to degrade my package. I phoned and requested for my package to be upgrade, which was done but no channels on this package is working. After speaking to at least 8 different consultants including a manger this morning, Sunday 13 July 2025 of which three of them promised me to call me back I am still without any signal on the channels which is supposed to show on the package. at least 8 different people and 8 different stories. the manager I spoke to this morning promised me that the problem will be sorted before the end of the day. Another lie!!! Can a company of this size be so pathetic and ***********. How sad is this. |Stephen Ward
