muti choice: forgets to get back to frail elderly woman. sies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So its all good and well to respond t my mother who stays in an old age home and is frail and saying you will get back to her ect and simply not doing it. sis sis sis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so you guys want up to 3000 for a call out help her but then dont get back to her. whats going on with you guys!her number is as follows. ********** 765 I the have my own issues to deal with with regards to my service as well.
