MUT

I have a serious problem with big institutions like Multichoice. I mistakenly paid R1 001.00 rand into my DSTV account and they are refusing to refund my money. Since last month I have been struggling to get the refund. Since last month I have been requesting a refund of my funds that I wrongly transferred to their account. Now everyday I get story after story, today I phoned and Spoke to a Nontsikelelo Gumede and she advised that the refund was declined because I did not send the required documents. Woow!!! for some reason I di send everything to them and a team leader MAVHUNG SITHAGU confirmed reciept of all documents in her email and she promised to arrange the refund. Another PORTIA TSHABALALA also recieved the documents. Unfortunately you cannot speak to anyone the entire Multichoice - big and organisation as it is.

Today when I phoned I was advised that my refund was used to pay the monthly subscription and I am not sure what this means to anyone. A monthly Debit order goes off every month.

Me and my husband we have 1 account for the household and we cannot have 2 and they advise me that they cannot refund me even though the credit came from my account. They do have proof of payment as well as the bank statement where the money was paid from. i need my refund or you can tell me where I can escalate my query.
