Multychoice incorrectly pursue me for outstanding fees. Exceptionally poor record keeping.

I was handed over to their debt collectors,Blake Associates for collection of outstanding fees. After numerous calls from Blake Associates they have returned my file to Multychoice. The simple question I have asked them was to use the Multichoice statement that was sent to me, and show me how my arrears was calculated. That wasn't forthcoming and my account was returned to Multychoice. I am still in the dark if I will be pursued for outstanding money that I do not owe. I can not find a number or mail address where I can pursue this matter with Multychoice.
